WHAT YOU’LLDO ASALEADSOFTWARE ENGINEER You will take full ownership ofthe design, development, maintenance, testing strategy, and operations ofkey projects. Work closely with stakeholders todefine and achieve critical milestones, ensuring timely delivery ofnew functionalities integrated into existing platforms. Adapt and respond swiftly tochanging business needs, embodying abalance between agility and scalability inall solutions provided. Lead and mentor ateam ofdevelopers indesign sessions, promoting aculture ofexcellence that aligns with our strategic goals. You will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge applications under tight deadlines, pushing the boundaries ofwhat ispossible insports gaming and digital entertainment. WHAT YOU’LLBRING Atleast 5+years ofprofessional software development experience using C#, .NET Core. Atleast 2+years ofexperience inleading development team, mentoring junior engineers, and managing cross-functional project delivery. Deep understanding ofdistributed systems and microservice architecture, coupled with aproven ability tobuild scalable and resilient systems. Proficiency inboth synchronous and asynchronous communication between microservices, ensuring clarity and effectiveness between their contracts. Expertise inimplementing test automation and promote aculture ofcontinuous quality improvement within the team. Proficiency inrecognizing high-quality code and skill inpropagating best coding practices among team members. Strong proficiency with containerization and Kubernetes. Deep understanding ofCI/CDpractices, GitOps, and advanced deployment strategies such ascanary and blue-green deployments. Experience inmanaging on-call responsibilities, demonstrating aproactive approach toidentifying and resolving issues toensure system’s continuous performance. Familiarity with AWS/GCP, Hashicorp Vault, Hashicorp Consul, and Kafka. Fluency inEnglish
