What to do as a Lead Software Analyst:

• Stakeholder interviews, analysis of the as-is process and modeling of the future to be, definition of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Coordinating the technical task with the developer;
• Setting tasks to the developers, checking compliance with the primary requirements;
• Acceptance testing, implementation verification requirements;
• Description of technical documentation for implemented solutions;
• Providing a 3rd line of support.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (master, specialist);
• Experience in the field of banking or information technology at least 2 years;
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Creatio (BPM platform) (low-code, setting up business processes);
• Knowledge of BPMN or any other process modeling tool;
• Knowledge of the life cycle of software development, banking products;
• Ability to work with databases, basic understanding of API solutions;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Initiative, responsibility, flexibility in approaches.
