Lead/Senior Product Designer in ITExpert

A product company seeking a Lead/Senior Product Designer for a remote position.It is the world's leading AI-based sales engagement platform that automates personal and business communications, including emails, calls, SMS, LinkedIn and instant messaging. More than 2000 customers in more than 60 countries of the world use the platform every day. Currently, the team has 110+ employees in more than 20 countries of the world. is among the TOP-10 best software in its niche in the world according to G2. Now the company is adding more artificial intelligence to the communication mechanism and searching for a Product Designer who, working closely with product managers and developers, will transform business requirements into intuitive and innovative ones design solutions. There is another Middle Designer in the team and there is a separate marketing design team. In the future, it will be necessary to mentor new designers (maximum 20% of managerial work). Requirements: experience in user research, audience testing, experience with B2B SaaS products and experience in product design of complex CRM/ERP systems.
