Responsibilities :

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to uncover software defects related to performance bottlenecks, stability, and scalability issues.
• Developing performance testing solutions from scratch
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute performance scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system architects, and project managers to understand system requirements and performance goals
• Analyse performance test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvements
• Work closely with development team to improve performance monitoring and profiling tools to continuously monitor and optimize system performance.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in software quality assurance with a focus on performance and load testing
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, best practices, and techniques
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architectures ( REST, WebSockets etc.)
• Solid experience in load, endurance, spike, stress testing, etc
• Experience in CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
• Knowledge of bash/PowerShell scripting
• Experience with application profiling tools
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in writing distributed tests to simulate loads from different locations of the world

Will be a plus:

• Experience in architecting performance testing solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, ect.)
