Job Responsibilities/ Role Design, implement, and test new functionalities and features inSalesforce tomeet business needs. Build both custom/standard components onthe Salesforce platform, using the most appropriate platform capability; Use Flows, Apex, LWC, and other technologies toensure solutions are built tohigh standards. Make appropriate use ofenterprise design patterns when writing custom code; Refine technical user stories asrequired, and articulate clearly the technical solution required tomeet aspecific requirement; Building (hands-on coding) ofmore complex areas ofthe requirements; Support the Tech Lead with ensuring best practices are adheredto, providing mentorship and code review feedback asrequired; Act asthe single point ofcontact for the development team, triaging and prioritizing issues asrequired; Work with Tech Leads toauthor Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence todesign patterns. Suggest improvements tothe development workflow for the development team. Mandatory skills 7+years inSalesforce Development. Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud; Highly skilled inApex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components the creation ofcustom solutions tailored toclient needs; Strong understanding ofSalesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles for efficient and scalable applications for alarge active user base; Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud &Salesforce Eco-System; Expertise inlarge-scale integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming (including Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs, facilitating the seamless connection ofSalesforce with other systems; Excellent technical documentation skills &Excellent communication skills; Salesforce Certification (Must: Salesforce Platform Developer II); Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish. Nice tohave Comfortable and effective inleading developers, ensuring project success and team cohesion; Financial Services industry experience; Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions atenterprise organizations; Experience inworking inboth agile and waterfall methodologies &TDD— Experience indevelopment outside the Salesforce platform, i.e. React/Angular/Java projects; Experience inworking with unlocked packages; Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages Qualities; Team player: energetic, motivated, determined, pragmatic and results-oriented; Adaptable todiverse sets oftechnical responsibilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
