Our Lead Researcher will conduct comprehensive industry and accounts research and find relevant contact information for SDRs tolaunch outbound sales campaigns. You won’t need tomake outreach yourself. 📍 What You’ll Do(Responsibilities) Analyze market trends toaid inlead generation and business strategy. Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations. Understand Precoro’s product suite and its relevance tothe target market. Conduct research toidentify potential leads fitting Precoro’s client profile. Build and segment lists ofpotential leads for outreach. Work closely with the Sales Development Representatives torefine lead-generation strategies based onfeedback. Keep abreast with changes and developments inthe market. Regularly collaborate with sales team toprovide insights from the field and refine outreach strategies. Contribute tointernal knowledge exchange and process improvement. 📍 What WeLook For (Requirements) Proficiency inidentifying and understanding market trends, opportunities, and potential leads. Good knowledge ofareas ofresponsibility based ontitles. General understanding ofbusiness processes. Ability toarticulate findings and insights clearly. Excellent atdata management and keeping track ofmultiple streams ofinformation. Strong sense ofinitiative and consistently aim tomeet orexceed professional goals. Intermediate English proficiency. Organizational skills toconnect and work with various stakeholders. 📍 Nice-to-have skills 6+months ofexperience inasimilar outbound-related role inthe B2B industry. Good knowledge oftools: Google Sheets, Zoominfo, SalesNavigator, and email-scraping tools.
