Responsibilities:
Meeting SDR activity standards: number of calls and chats to potential customers;
Processing of incoming inquiries for the purpose of transfer to Sales executive;
Transfer of the lead to the Sales executive in three scenarios:
1) Chat invitation; 2) Arrangement of a call at a specified time;3) Transfer of the patient to the Bookimed app;
Qualification of the client by medical need (to understand which team to transfer to)
Maintenance of the CRM system and reporting.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian, English (B1 and above).
Communication skills (encourage, persuade, build trusting relationships).
The desire to help people.
Speed, proactivity.
Would be preferred:
Medical education (possibly in progress).
Experience in sales.
Understanding demand and the ability to select the most appropriate offers.
Experience with CRM system.
