The person in this role will drive and develop one of the recruiting teams to reduce time to fill and cost per hire and achieve 100% hiring plans, and will also be hands-on and close the most difficult roles in the company. Recruitment Team in SKELAR is:— A cool team of sixteen super strong recruiters and sourcers; Here are a few of them: Olesya, Oksana, Alyona, Maksim;—Hiring managers who give quick feedback, know how to conduct qualitative interviews and are always open to initiatives;—The possibility of connecting any tools for searching and attracting candidates. What challenges await you:— Management of the team in the direction of 5n-1;—Implementation of the use of growth-hacking solutions to increase the efficiency of recruiting;—Cooperation with hiring managers regarding the opening of vacancies, help in determining the ideal portrait of the candidate, collection of all necessary information;—Development and implementation of the candidate search strategy (from junior to top managerial roles );—Working with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools;—Expanding the network and creating talent pools of candidates, headhunting. For us, it is important:—4+ years in Talent Acquisition, at least 2 of them in a managerial role;—Experience in successful management of a team of 5+ people ;—The possibility to visit the office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv;—Experience of working in the IT environment and understanding the specifics of the search for your IT specialists. Knowledge of the market and industry trends;—High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team;—Upper Intermediate level of English;—Experience of working in a product company and understanding the product approach to recruiting will be a big plus.
