Main responsibilities:< /b>

• Monitoring of key quality indicators in production, analysis and response to deviations
• Preparation of reports for by the results of the analysis of detected defects
• Participation in MRB production processes
• Analysis of the FAI procedure, introduction of batch control samples
• Submission of analytical reports to assess the quality of materials
< li>Organization, optimization and improvement of production control processes
• Coordination and tracking of corrective and preventive actions within the framework of team activities
• Creation of regulatory documentation, description of processes and procedures to ensure team functioning
• Team management
• Setting clear and measurable goals for the team
• Mentoring and training of new team members
• Conducting meetings on defects and product defects, supporting constant quality system improvements

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical, standardization/quality systems)
• Work experience in the field of quality management system from 2 years
• Experience in working with regulatory documentation (GOST, DSTU, ISO)
• Knowledge of European and Ukrainian legislative acts, regulatory documents, standards, rules, regulations related to quality management systems and technical regulations is desirable
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and English (preferably) language
