We are united by common goals and interests and are looking for a Lead Qualification Manager who will perfectly complement our team:) What we expect: 6+ months experience with B2B companies, basic understanding of sales processes, experience working with CRM systems, good knowledge of Google Workspace, good communication skills and the ability to listen to the interlocutor, independence and the ability to organize your work space, responsibility and results orientation, the ability to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects of products. It will be a plus: knowledge of the English language at the Upper level -Intermediate work experience in telecom, saas companies, IT outsourcing, digital agencies. What you will do: process incoming requests: calls, registrations, online chats, partner leads, leads from the post office qualify customers according to specified parameters initially identify customer needs, coordinate calls /meetings with leads and sales managers work with initial objections from potential customers keep complete, timely and accurate records in the CRM system distribute leads between sales managers.
