We help businesses automate to be more efficient and profitable. Now we are looking for a responsible Lead Qualification Manager who is not afraid of new challenges. What should I do? The main task is to quickly and qualitatively qualify leads (potential clients) in business areas. Work with a large number of warm leads. Organize the customer base in CRM. To do this, you need: 1. Promptly contact the lead assigned to you by all means of communication (phone/email/messengers). 2. Answer incoming calls. 3. Reply to the message of the learned nasayti. 4. Respond to messages in social networks: FB, Instagram, LinkedIn. 5. Qualify the lead with the specified parameters. 6. Distribute leads depending on the client's business area. 7. Arrange a meeting with the lead and the CRM expert. What do you need to be able to/know/have? 1. Know the subject area: why do you need business software, how does it help, what pain points does it solve, what processes can it automate, typical objections and what to work around. 2. Be able to recognize areas of business. 3. Be able to communicate and write in Ukrainian. 4. Communicate with owners and TOP managers of client companies on an equal basis. 5. Willingness to work in a team with a customized process. 6. Desire to earn money, experience, knowledge. 7. Willingness to work a lot, but earn accordingly. 8.
