We are currently looking for a responsible Lead Qualification Manager who is not afraid of new challenges. What to do?: The main task is to quickly and efficiently qualify leads (potential customers) in business areas. To work with a large number of warm leads. To put the customer base in order in CRM. To do this, you need to: 1. Promptly contact the lead assigned to you by all means of communication (phone/email/messengers). 2. Answer incoming calls. 3. Answer messages in the chat on the website. 4. Answer messages on social media networks: FB, Instagram, LinkedIn. 5. Qualify the lead according to the given parameters. 6. Distribute the lead depending on the client's business area. 7. Arrange a meeting with the lead and a CRM expert. What do you need to know/know/have?: 1. Know the subject area: why do you need business software, how does it help, what pain points does it solve, what processes can it automate, typical objections and how to overcome them. 2. Be able to recognize business areas. 3 .Able to communicate and write in the Ukrainian language. 4.Communicate with the owners and top managers of clients' companies at the same level. 5.Willingness to work in a team and according to a customized process. and earn accordingly. 8. English at the level of reading and correspondence. It is necessary to work with Ukrainian clients. It is desirable to have experience in sales of CRM or ERP projectsWorking conditions: 1.
