We are united by common goals, interests and are looking for a Lead Qualification Manager who will perfectly complement our team:) What we expect: 6+ months of experience with B2B companies, understanding of basic sales processes, experience with CRM systems, good knowledge of Google Workspace, good communication skills and the ability to listen to the interlocutor, independence and the ability to organize your work space, responsibility and results orientation, the ability to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects of products. It will be a plus: knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level, work experience in telecom, saas companies, IT outsourcing, digital agencies. What you will do: process incoming requests: calls, registrations, online chats, partner leads, mail leads qualify customers according to the specified parameters initially identify customer needs, coordinate calls/meetings with leads and sales managers work with initial objections from potential customers conduct a full , timely and accurate accounting in the CRM system, distribute leads between sales managers.
