Lead QA Engineer

• QA team management (daily activities, personal development, etc.);
• Planning and coordination of QA resources between different projects.
• Monitoring team performance and effectiveness;
• Monitoring compliance with process standards;
• Review and analysis of documented requirements.
• Creation of detailed and well-structured test documentation;
• Creating, conducting and maintaining test scenarios;
• Testing web and mobile applications;

About you:

• 5+ years of total experience as a QA Engineer.
• 2+ years in a senior role such as Lead QA Engineer or similar.
• Deep knowledge of QA processes.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Experience in designing and executing tests at the UI and API levels.
• Practical experience with tools such as Postman, DevTools, DBMS.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
• Good team skills and a positive approach to work.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience with large and complex enterprise software.
