We are just made for each other, if you: Worked in a similar position Have experience leading a distributed QA team Have knowledge of manual testing processes in GameDev Understand in software quality control methodology You have experience working with IOS and Android operating systems Engaged in the development of test documentation You know Charles, GitLab, TeamCity, Asana, TestRail, etc. You are able to think strategically and plan, able to work within tight time frames.
