Join us.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to QA automation team members;Design, develop, and continuously improve test automation frameworkDevelop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the overall QA goals and objectives of the organizationParticipate in code reviews by reviewing pull requests related to automation code. Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and efficiency of automated test scriptsIntegrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software deliveryCreate and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend componentsAnalysis of automated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations or issuesGather statistics and report on achieved automation coverage and efficiencyCollaborate with development and QA teams to prioritize and resolve identified defectsAssess, decompose, and assign to managed team automation-related activitiesMaintain clear and organized comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
