Joinus.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship toQA automation team members; Design, develop, and continuously improve test automation framework Develop and implement acomprehensive automation strategy aligned with the overallQA goals and objectives ofthe organization Participate incode reviews byreviewing pull requests related toautomation code Provide constructive feedback toteam members toensure adherence tocoding standards, maintainability, and efficiency ofautomated test scripts Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline toenable efficient and reliable software delivery Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components Analysis ofautomated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations orissues Gather statistics and report onachieved automation coverage and efficiency Collaborate with development andQA teams toprioritize and resolve identified defects Assess, decompose, and assign tomanaged team automation-related activities Maintain clear and organized comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, tools, and processes. Ensure that documentation isup-to-date and accessible torelevant stakeholders.
