Lead QA in Lucid Reality Labs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage company-wide QA processes and procedures
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers on multiple projects
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, testing strategies, test cases and checklists
• Prioritize, plan testing activities and be able to lead testing activities
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
• Perform regression, sanity and smoke testing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience in testing 3D desktop/mobile/VR applications
• Experience in testing web applications
• Experience in creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists, testing strategy), maintenance of existing documentation
• Solid understanding of the basics of applications testing (types, ways of organizing tests)
• Experience and understanding of different development methodologies
• Experience organizing and maintaining testing processes in projects
• Experience in requirements clarification and daily communication with customers
• Familiarity with VR/AR technologies
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, enabling effective communication within an international team environment.
