YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL BE: analysis of business needs, forecasting the implementation of improvements or development of new functionality of the company's products (site, private office, online store, chatbots, application, API, CRM, etc.); coordination of work of project managers (business/system analysts); description of business needs, user, functional and non-functional requirements; clarification of requirements for the development team; consolidation and determination of the order of business tasks from all divisions of the Company to set tasks for completion or development of new functionality; support for the development and maintenance of working documentation of projects, monitoring and evaluation of the project, adjustment of the project in accordance with the agreed strategy; control over the realization and implementation of information technology projects, coordination of the activities of all participants of the program and projects with the aim of fulfilling contractual agreements; management of project planning and mapping.
