Lead Product Operations Manager in Smart Solutions

In connection with development, we are looking for a Lead Product Operations Manager who will help build processes, define strategic product priorities and ensure effective team work.

Your tasks:

• Manage operational processes within the product direction.
• Formation of the vision of product development and participating in the creation of strategic plans.
• Coordinating the work of the team: developers, designers, marketers, analysts.
• Conducting market and competitive environment analysis.
• Monitoring key business and product metrics, initiating improvements.
• Ensuring the effective launch of new features and updates.
• Participating in product budget planning and controlling key financial indicators.

Expectations from the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related leadership roles.
• Practical experience in creating or scaling digital?products (B2B or B2C).
• Ability to work with product analytics and tools (analytical platforms, A/B tests, metrics).
• Systematic in building processes and optimizing team interaction.
• Developed leadership and communication skills.
