Requirements • 6+years inProduct Management with 1+year ofgrowth work • B2B SaaS experience with astrong SMB preference • Exceptional user research skills— you’ve conducted numerous interviews and polls and are proficient inanalysis and deriving insights • Profound knowledge ofproduct analytics, from initial setup tocreating dashboards and sharing insights. Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, orTableau • Solid understanding ofunit economics and monetization, adept atworking with various business models • Extensive experimentation expertise— you’re capable across the entire funnel, from TOFU-driving micro-apps tooptimizing the last conversion step • Scientific mindset— you excel atstatistics and making data-backed decisions • Proven speed inhigh-velocity environments, thriving informulating hypotheses, testing, and immediate implementation with the team • Outstanding communication skills, ensuring clarity inupward, peer-level, and downward communication • Advanced proficiency inwritten and spoken English Responsibilities • Create the growth strategy and plan the work tosupportit.
