Requirements: At least 3 years of casino product manager experience, 4+ overall experience; Analytical abilities to understand the main casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate); A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI; Experience and understanding of UX/UI design; Excellent knowledge of the competitor market (CIS) ;Launching casino bonus policies;Experience in product management, including development of road maps, design management and successful project launches;Ability to generate reports, analyze and improve product metrics and form reporting;High communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Managing a team of Product Managers CIS; Control of the creation of a promo calendar on projects; Analysis of the passability and popularity of all deposit payment methods; Control of all key product metrics; Analysis of the already working functionality, its refinement, identification of successful cases for the launch of a successful functionality on flagship projects; Development of mockups, new products, for designers and developers; Compilation of the backlog of tasks by project.
