We make a product for the client as for ourselves.

We are looking for a specialist who will directly participate in projects as a Product Manager, manage a product team of up to 5 people, and also engage in strategic planning. The locations of our customers and projects are Ukraine and the USA. The domains we work with are Logistics, Real Estate, eCommerce, Healthcare, Education, and others.

!IMPORTANT!: we are looking for a candidate who lives on the territory of Ukraine and can cooperate under the Ukrainian FOP.

What we expect you to do:

- Understanding the fundamentals of product management, including product development, strategy, planning and market research.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
— Work experience of 4 years or more in the role of Product Manager/ Lead Product Manager in an IT outsourcing company
— Experience in managing and successfully releasing at least 6-10 projects.
- Excellent analytical skills.
—Strategic thinking.
—Ability to make decisions based on analytical data.
- Knowledge of current technologies and product trends.
- Ability to work in a team.
— Level of English — B2+ — C1

Will be a plus:

— Higher education in business administration, marketing, software engineering, of applied computer science or related disciplines.
- Certifications in the field of product management, such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe PO/PM 6.0, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, UI/UX Nielson Norman Group, Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI).

Main duties:

— Management of a product team of up to 5 people.
- Managing multiple projects as a Product Manager.
—Participation in the Discovery phase.
—Strategic planning (defining the vision and strategy of the product, setting goals for the product and conducting analysis to determine the position of the product in the market).
- Work with users and stakeholders.
—Product Roadmap Management.
- Interaction with the development team and other key departments.
—Measuring product success.
—Launching and bringing the product to the market.
- Product updates and improvements.
— Budgeting.
—Evaluation and reporting.
- Optimization and improvement of processes in the department.
