We are looking for a position Head of the center for testing offers and studying the customer experience of the Marketing Department

Future tasks:

• Product designer & service designer
• recruiting a team and organizing its work
• managing the backlog of ideas
• creating processes and management procedures/working with ideas, validation testing
• market analysis / interviews with clients to confirm or refute hypotheses/ideas
• organization of CJM
• organization of interaction with Tribe
• creating a process of working with hypotheses and their confirmation/refutation
• creating a process of market analysis to identify trends
• creating a system of metrics (CRI) of the life cycle of ideas and Time to market

This job is created just for you if you have :

• Complete higher education (economics, marketing, management);
• Knowledge in the field of digital marketing
• Knowledge in the field of Internet applications and banking
• Communication skills: stress resistance, working with objections, knowledge of the ability to negotiate and work in team
• Possesses English at a level no lower than intermediate.
• Responsible, results-oriented, ready to work in multitasking conditions, attentive to details, has well-developed management skills, analytical abilities and communication skills.
