We are looking for a talented Lead Product Designer and a great team to design and develop products that are used by hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Pre-candidate requirements: — 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer; —experience in managing a team of designers (from 3 people); — experience working with mobile and web applications; — a high level of work with Figma (components, variants, autolayouts, styles, prototypes); - the presence of a portfolio is mandatory. Tasks: — creation of design for mobile and web products (CRM-like systems for business automation); — managing a team of designers (1 designer per 1 product backlog, 6 designers in total); — design protection of product concepts (before stakeholders); —formation and implementation of design development strategy; — managing the creation of a design system; —formation and implementation of the designer development plan. We expect that you: — understand how design and technological solutions affect the business value of the product; — you know how to plan your time and set priorities; — you know how to convey your point of view to all participants in the process; — have a high level of competence, are not afraid to experiment and revise usual approaches.
