Lead Product designer in Uppeople

🎮 Responsibilities:

✔️Provides constructive feedback and project-level guidance to Senior Designers, Designers;

✔️Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of designers at varying levels of professional and design maturity;

✔️Be a role model for the team;

✔️Reviewing design concepts and mockups provided by designers to determine if they meet the requirements for the project

✔️Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed

✔️Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for feedback

✔️Working with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and functional

✔️Developing new design concepts and ideas

🎮 Requirements:

✔️Recognized as a resource for innovation and groundbreaking design.

✔️Minimum 4+ years of industry experience

✔️Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development

✔️Leadership experience in collaborating with artists, designers

✔️Organized, process driven, and the ability to make decisions based on data and numbers

✔️Ability to communicate with team members about their personal needs and resolve team challenges

✔️Experience working with outsourcing studios

✔️Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

✔️Experience with agile methodologies
