What You’ll BeDoing —Crafting Interaction Excellence: Deliver top-tier interaction design across our mobile and web platforms. —Data-Driven Design Insights: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data analysis todeeply understand user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process toenhance user experience. —Driving Design Projects: Engage from concept toexecution, ensuring final designs are polished and ready for deployment. —Leading Design Reviews: Conduct sessions tocritique designs, uncovering areas for enhancement. —Empathy and Insight: Deeply understand our customers byleveraging both qualitative and quantitative data. —Establishing Design Systems: Collaborate with our development team toimplement acomprehensive design system. —Collaborating Effectively: Partner with stakeholders, developers, and product owners todeliver seamless user experiences. Requirements —Atleast 4years inProduct orUI/UXdesign, with preference given tofintech industry experience. —Minimum of1year inateam leadership role. —Atleast 1–2 years ofhands-on experience with Amplitude, utilizing ittoanalyze user interactions and behaviors. You should beadept atsetting uptracking, creating dashboards, and deriving actionable insights toinform design improvements. —Skilled inFigma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primary Ai, Ps, Ae), with expertise inaprototyping tool ofyour choice. —Deep understanding ofHuman Interface and Material Design Guidelines. —Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable ofmanaging multiple projects simultaneously. —Advanced proficiency inEnglish, both spoken and written.
