Key Responsibilities for the Specialist: Lead the analysis of game data to uncover valuable insights that inform the direction of product development. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of player behavior, preferences, and motivation. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, marketers, and executives, to define product goals and priorities. Propose initiatives to optimize game features, mechanics, and data-driven monetization strategies. Run A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes in player engagement and retention. Key experience for this position: A minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis or a related field in the heating industry. Ability to use tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau QlikView, PowerBI, etc. Advanced understanding of gaming industry KPIs, industry trends and best practices. Expertise in designing and A/B testing methodology. Experience with statistical methods and predictive modeling. Proven leadership and mentoring experience in an analytical role.
