Lead PHP Developer - Symfony in Synapse Code

We are looking for a strong Symfony developer for a project to create a new enterprise project on PHP 8 + Symfony 7 using Blade templates (no React, no SPA).

Responsibilities:

• Designing the architecture from scratch

• Setting up the structure and foundation of the project

• Developing a key of functionality

• Coordination of the work of the Middle developer

• Ensuring long-term maintainability (life cycle of 10+ years)

• Code review and definition of development standards

• Clear communication with the team (asynchronously + via chat + sometimes when)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with PHP

• Advanced level of English

• Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions

Will be a plus:

• Symfony Messenger / asynchronous tasks

• Complex business processes and workflow

• Working with files/documents

• Experience in mentoring or coordinating others developers

• Experience building security models
