We invite you to cooperate Team leader of the team of photographers - a person who not only shoots, but also sets the standard of quality, leads the team and develops studio production.

What is important to us:

• Experience working as a Lead Photographer / senior photographer in a studio or production.
• Portfolio with complex textures, work with light and large volumes of shooting.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team photographers.
• Practical experience of fashion-shooting in the studio (models, subjects).
• Confident work with impulse studio light.
• Understanding of the complete production process: from studio preparation to transfer of material to post-production.
• Confident use of Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Ability to work and motivate creative teams (photographers, stylists).
• Organization, responsibility and ability to keep a balance between creativity and deadlines.

 Your tasks will be:

• Manage a team of photographers and organize their work.
• Develop the team: conduct internal training, exchange of experience, master classes.
• Participate in the selection of new photographers and stylists.
• Organize the shooting process from the idea to the final result.
• Conduct fashion shoots (model and subject, transparent mannequin).
• Work with light and improve studio schemes lighting.
• Monitor trends in fashion photography and e-commerce content.
• Offer methods and tools to improve the quality of photo content and its compliance with modern trends.
• Control photo quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Interact with retouching, content management and copywriting teams.
• Lead basic operations reporting.
