What we will entrust to you:
- Responsible for creating and updating the hierarchy of families and job roles according to the business needs of the company and defining the relationships between roles and families for better structuring
- Performing periodic analysis of the SAP SuccessFactors database to identify inconsistencies between families, roles and job profiles
- Responsibility for training the Company's employees in the method of describing job profiles
- Checking and expert support of draft regulations on divisions, job profiles, changes to the company's organizational structure
- Supporting the process of describing job profiles, preparing responsibility matrices for business processes
- Providing support for organizational transformations, providing expertise within the limits of organizational development and efficiency
- Participating in the audit of the staff list for the correctness of the designation divisions and positions, subordination, and the number of staff units
- Participation in the development of organizational development methodology: policies, standards, processes, tools, job profiles

- You have knowledge of organizational design standards and principles. You have the methodology of description and formation of business and operational models of the company
- You are fluent in visio, power point, excel, 1C, SAP
- You have experience in preparing analytical reports and presentations on the organizational structure of the company
- You have successful experience in the development and implementation of unified organizational structures across functions and enterprises of various business segments
- You have experience in supporting the description of job profiles
