Lead Next.js Developer in Open Court

OpenCourt is a sports club booking and membership management SaaS. We're a B2B product in the niche of pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America (look it up!). We're well-funded, and are growing rapidly.

We're currently a team of 3 engineers. Amongst other hires, we're actively looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer to take over leadership of the project and the team from me.

Our Tech Stack:

- Next.js (both FE and BE)

- Typescript

- Postgres, Prisma ORM

- Tailwind CSS

- Vercel for deployments

- Supabase for auth and db

- Playwright E2E tests

About you:

- You've worked with Next.js (React, Node), Typescript, Postgres for many years

- You've personally led development of large B2B SaaS platforms or similarly complicated applications

- You understand what it takes to architect, build, deploy, cover with tests, set up CI/CD, and maintain high quality of output across the board

- You're not afraid to try something new (eg package our PWA into Capacitor by Ionic)

- You understand what it means to truly take leadership and ownership over a project

- You've mentored less senior developers in the past

- Bonus points for a "Design eye" and the ability to put together great looking UI for a brand new feature based on the existing UI references

- Good enough English to be able to talk to a patient English-speaking team member
