Type of cooperation: Full-time/remote⚡️ Your responsibilities will be:
Technical Leadership: Direct the technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to high-quality software development practices and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Code Development: Actively engage in coding and software development, often setting code quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Team Building and Management: As the team expands, participate in the hiring process, mentor junior developers, and cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, including product management, operations, design, marketing, and sales, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Problem-Solving: Address complex technical challenges and make decisions under pressure, often requiring innovative and creative solutions.
🗞Our requirements to you:
— 4+ years of professional coding experience with .NET, C#, React, SQL, Microsoft Azure;
— Proven experience in HaaS & SaaS;
— Startup Experience;
— Experience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinating project progress with upper management and executives;
— Excited about building clean deployable code in a results-focused environment;
— Demonstrated experience in driving agile software development between hardware, software, and QA teams;
— Knowledge and experience analyzing and manipulating big data using tools such as SQL/Hadoop;
— Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials;
— Technical knowledge with a focus on RESTful API development;
— Upper-intermediate English level.
