Lead .NET developer Kyiv The company Quantum PM is looking for a new team lead, who will lead one of two internal development teams for an ambitious product. About the company We are a Ukrainian product company that develops a system for managing new generation projects. Our goal is to change the way product and project management is done now. We are building a product for management that will not simply act as a card file of tasks and a set of reports, will significantly help decision-making and automate the routine. We want to make the lives of effective managers better, and make ineffective managers unnecessary. We approach the solution of this big task from two sides: we carefully study the real problems of management teams "in the field" and offer tools for solving them; we add unusual approaches for development management: algorithmic planning, optimization methods, what-if analysis. We started development at the beginning of 2021 and received the "first dollar" of sales in 2023. We already have a pool of interested customers both in Ukraine and abroad. We actively communicate with colleagues to prioritize feedback tasks. The company is completely Ukrainian: the team, management, and financing are from Ukraine. Our Web SaaS technology foundation; C#/ .NET Core; Blazor Server; Entity Framework and PostgreSQL; Azure Cloud. Why is this interesting? It will be possible to work and evaluate the consequences of the architecture, which is significantly different from the generally accepted JS-frontend with REST API. What we are looking for candidates Experience in understanding complex domain areas, ability to offer own solutions to product problems; Experience in the development of stateful applications or a strong theoretical understanding of the problems that such applications have to face; Ability to work effectively with subordinate junior developers; Good understanding of technology stack: ASP .NET Core; PostgreSQL goes beyond simple ORM-centric scripts; Entity Framework Core; Willingness to work regular office hours; Spoken Ukrainian; Written English sufficient for fluent reading of documentation; Responsibility for the result of their work, which is beyond the scope of the repository committee; That the work will include writing high-quality code that will effectively solve the problems of the product and the platform; Ensuring product maintainability: writing documentation, development tools; Maintaining the team's productivity at the required level; Conducting code reviews of other team members; 1-on-1 with other team members; Participation in salary revisions.
