Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead .NET Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, designing scalable applications, and delivering high-quality software solutions. As the Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for guiding our development team, ensuring best practices, and driving the technical vision of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Drive the technical vision and roadmap of our platform.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior or lead .NET developer with a strong portfolio of released applications.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Communication Skills: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English for effective communication with team members.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
