Lead .NET Developer in Globaldev Group

We are currently seeking a talented backend developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our fintech payroll system. Join us and take the lead on a cross-functional team, guiding members through refinement and delivery processes. We’re in search of an experienced individual to spearhead our fintech project, specifically a cutting-edge payroll system.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and QA to refine backlog and deliver tested solutions.
• Take the lead on a cross-functional team, guiding members during refinement and delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain WebAPIs with token-based authentication.
• Utilize C#, .NET, and Entity Framework for backend development.
• Manage data using MS SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Implement effective Git workflows, branching, and pull-request processes.
• Contribute to the team’s success by sharing expertise and collaborating on projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in WebAPI development and token-based authentication.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Experience with Git, branching, and pull-request processes.
• Familiarity with Azure services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
