Lead Key Account Manager (Consultant) in Developex

Developex is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager on a consulting basis with high expertise in account and process management in the field of IT outsourcing. If there is a mutual desire and the availability of workload, cooperation on a more permanent basis is possible over time.

Requirements:

• Confirmed work experience in the field of IT services with account management in outsourced/outstaffed projects with the construction of a motivational and bonus system;
• English language level — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Higher education (preferably technical or economic);

• Excellent communication skills with clients and the ability to transform client needs into proposals;
• Proactive approach to problem solving;
• Ability to report and plan work;
