• Minimum 5 years of experience in programming
• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) or Master's degree in computer science or physics)
• Experience as a mentor/tech lead (at least 1 year)
• Extensive experience in programming in Java and C#
• Required knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2+/C1
