Role Description This is a full-time role for a Lead Hull Engineer/Project Coordinator. The Lead Hull Engineer/Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating design engineering projects. The role is based in the main office in Ukraine or in the Branch office in Poland.  Job requirements We are looking for candidates who have an MSc or BSc degree or equivalent (i.e. Professional Certification) in marine engineering. You have approximately 7 years of relevant working experience in the field of ship structural design, of which at least 2 years in the leading role. Furthermore you have: Project Design and Project Management skills Good knowledge of ship design process Experience engineering in 3D CAD systems such as Cadmatic, AVEVA English at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate (verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Responsibility and commitment Working Conditions: Opportunities for professional and career growth Trainings and additional professional knowledge acquisition Engaging work in a friendly team.
