One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations.
Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company that creates solutions for the defense sector. The company is constantly growing, developing, forming management structures and a professional HR function.
Now we are looking for a Lead HRBP, who will shape business processes, set up HR services, launch work with teams and management, create high-quality HR service and culture interactions.
Main tasks:
Building HR processes: from recruitment and on-boarding to development, consulting, personnel work and off-boarding.
HR service: ensuring the correctness of document flow, orders, job instructions, personnel procedures.
Personnel administration: mastery of processes or understanding how to build work.
Interaction with C&B and Legal: close collaboration to agree policies, grading, compensation systems.
Analysis of existing processes, implementation of HR functions.
4+ years of HR BP experience (preferably in a leadership role);
Experience in building HR processes and systems in companies of 1000+ people;
Experience of interacting with top management and influencing business decisions;
Knowledge of HR and C&B
Understanding grading, performance management, OKR;
Experience in HR automation or building HR Ops/HR Service will be a big plus.
Experience in building an HR function "from scratch"
A sociable professional who is comfortable working with the top and knows how to influence through expertise.
