In the main areas of business, we make both custom solutions from scratch (outsource) and help clients expand and strengthen their current teams (outstaff).

We are currently looking for a leader to join us in the Sales team - Lead or Head of Lead Generation, who, thanks to his expertise and mindset, will help Clover move forward effectively and solve business problems.


🧐 Role History

Imagine that you are at the head of a team of talented professionals. We currently have 2 SDRs in our team.

Your goal is not just to achieve goals, but to create strategies that will make the competition nervous. You will open new channels for development, build a communication system that impresses with its value, and influence the overall strategy of the company. Your work will be a key factor in our success.


🚀 What You Will Do

  • Operational tasks that will have to be done "here and now" - management and improvement already of existing lead generation campaigns, increasing SQL leads per month.
  • Value Communication: Create and maintain a value-based communication system that will be aimed at solving customer problems, and not just selling individual resources or services: many companies develop applications, but not all of them solve customer problems.
  • Creation of Message sequences: Write and optimize high-quality, unique sequences that will resonate with our target audience, identify needs, even through objections, and offer business solutions that will move the client look at the situation from a different angle.
  • LinkedIn and Email Outreach: Launch and maintain campaigns on LinkedIn and via email to attract potential customers.
  • High-quality management and filling of LI pages, where the outreach comes from.
  • Analytics and Tracking: Conduct detailed analytics and tracking of all outreach efforts in Pipedrive and beyond, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies that will lead to business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor and manage the SDR team, helping them reach new heights.
  • Channel Research: Identify and research new lead generation channels.


🧐 What we expect from your expertise

  • Work experience in lead generation from 3 years in service IT company: Cool if you have experience in management positions in the field of lead generation or outbound sales. We expect you to have results to brag about.
  • Successful experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies in accordance with ICPs.
  • Regular successful experience of bringing SQL leads, both for outsourced and outstaffed directions. If you have developed a network of contacts in our business domains, this is a huge plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills (this includes your personal energy, business orientation, ability to justify your decisions, and ability to take responsibility for your decisions).
  • Knowledge of modern lead generation tools and technologies, including automation.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics.
  • And, of course, English at the level of Upper-intermediate+
