Responsibilities:

• Search and identification of potential clients for cooperation with a recruiting agency.
• Using various tools for lead generation (social networks, business platforms, email distribution, etc.).
• Primary communication with potential clients for determining their needs for recruiting services.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database.
• Preparing performance reports.
• Collaborating with the sales department to transfer interested leads.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of lead generation or in a similar role.
• Ability to work with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of tools for finding leads (LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo, Google search, etc.).
