We are currently looking for a Lead Gen manager - work with online business owners (turnover from $1M/year), remotely, no infobiz or scams, all working communication with the founders directly, and also bonuses for each client you transfer to Retainer.
Responsibilities
- Search and selection of leads by ICP/criteria (e-commerce, DTC, SaaS/services, founders/CMO/Head of Product/Head of Growth).
- Formation and maintenance of lead lists (LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, brand sites, catalogs, communities).
- Preparation of personalized outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn): short, essentially, based on pain and value proposition.
- Execution of KPI/plan (number of relevant contacts, reply rate, booked calls, SQL).
- CRM management: statuses, notes, segmentation, control of next steps.
- Hypothesis testing: messages, segments, offers, "hooks", channels - no drama, with numbers.
- synchronization with founders/team: what works, what doesn't, where we change ICP/priorities.
Needed skills
- 1+ year of commercial experience as a Lead Generation Specialist
- Understanding B2B sales of services (agency/consulting).
- Confident work with LinkedIn, search operators, databases, tables.
- CRM experience and discipline in accounting.
- Ability to write short, human, sales messages without "good day, we are young team".
- English writing: Upper-Intermediate+ (because some of the leaders worldwide).
- Attention to details + results: you like when you see growth, not "I tried"
Will be a plus
- Experience in marketing / product / CRO or work with e-commerce brands.
- Ability to quickly "read" business: traffic, offers, funnel, weak points.
- Skills in working with tools like Apollo / Snov / Lemlist / Instantly / Clay.
- Experience in assigning calls to founders/strategists and competent follow-up.
- Adequate "profdeformation": less faith > more tests
