Responsibilities

  • Search and selection of leads by ICP/criteria (e-commerce, DTC, SaaS/services, founders/CMO/Head of Product/Head of Growth).
  • Formation and maintenance of lead lists (LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, brand sites, catalogs, communities).
  • Preparation of personalized outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn): short, essentially, based on pain and value proposition.
  • Execution of KPI/plan (number of relevant contacts, reply rate, booked calls, SQL).
  • CRM management: statuses, notes, segmentation, control of next steps.
  • Hypothesis testing: messages, segments, offers, "hooks", channels - no drama, with numbers.
