We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our marketing agency. This position is remote and project-based.Responsibilities- Conduct prospect research to identify relevant prospects that match our ICP- Craft compelling Cold Emails, LinkedIn Messages, and other outreach sequences to generate leads- Run multichannel outreach campaigns to engage the prospects on different platforms- Research a prospect and tailor the initial outreach sequence for the personalized campaigns- Nurture relationships with prospects and consistently follow up with them to reach the KPI- Set up Meetings with Qualified Leads for Business Development Managers- Prepare and Submit Reports to Business Development ManagerQualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles.- Writing English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) - C1 (Advanced)- Conversational English — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) would be beneficial- Proficiency in writing concise, personalized, engaging and to the point message sequences- Experience in LeadGen and Sales processes for IT / Marketing outsourcing teams- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead gen targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies.- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologiesIf you are passionate about business development, sales, and the B2B industry and are excited to be part of an interesting project, please submit your resume here!
