Our mission is to help companies grow / develop / increase profits. Our customers are businesses from Ukraine, the USA, Europe, and Canada. We work exclusively with the white niche: IT, E-commerce, Real Estate, Beauty, etc.
We are looking for a talented Lead Generator to help us expand our client base. If you have experience in lead generation and in-depth knowledge of SEO, we would love to have you on our team!
Our requirements:- 6+ months of experience in lead generation at Upwork exchange
- understanding of sales processes
- ability to work with CRM systems, Google Suite
- knowledge of the basics of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- understanding of the process of customizing the offer for each client
- English at a level sufficient for conducting business correspondence and negotiations (B2+ preferred).
campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness- market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for lead generation
- process improvement and expansion of lead generation channels
- collaboration with the team of sales and marketing to optimize lead generation processes and achieve set goals
- implementation of KPIs (key performance indicators) determined together with management

We have 4 stages of an interview: 1st - an interview with a recruiter, 2nd - a test task, 3rd - an interview with HR and future managers, 4th - an offer.
