We are currently seeking an SDR/Researcher to join Requestum. We aim to strengthen an outbound channel to effectively engage new leads and partners to develop business products with unique dynamics, specializing in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Mixed, and Augmented Reality, SaaS solutions, Mobile and Web business tools.
We are on the hunt for an ambitious individual with strong English skills, particularly in crafting compelling and persuasive bids swiftly, who is curious and enthusiastic and thrives on exploring and researching new and exciting opportunities. Ideal candidates are not only unafraid to take on responsibilities but are also laser-focused on driving and closing deals.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must possess:
— Prior experience in a comparable position such as SDR or Lead Generator, preferably within an IT services company with at least 6+ months of experience
— Prior experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and such
— A solid understanding of sales theory and SDLC, coupled with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
— Strong business acumen, showing a keen sense of market dynamics and business strategy
— Proffesioncy in English, both verbal and written

Your everyday routine:
— Work with Upwork platform and mainly be responsible for writing creative bids
— Market research and identification of new prospects
— Maintain the client database in CRM and analyze the sales funnel
— Keep developers’ CV and profiles on Upwork up to date
