Candidates have to possess excellent research skills. We need smart and persistent team players focused on results.Traits of Environment:Highly competitive market with a FinTech focus;Complex outbound lead generation process — deal with different decision makers according to the company’s size and industry;Complex service offering;Focus on relationships with leads;Need to be creative and up-to-date to differentiate from the competitors.Responsibilities:Search for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources;Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engage and qualify leads;Execute proper company introduction during business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail;Follow-up leads regularly;Set up intro calls for the Account Executive;Prepare info about leads for the Account Executive before intro calls;Maintain data in CRM, assist Account Executive during the pre-sale phase;Continue to expand knowledge in FinTech and IT.Required Skills & Capabilities:2+ years in Lead Generation (for IT Outsourcing companies);1+ year experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and LinkedIn tools;English B2, strong communication skills — written (required), verbal (nice to have);Experience with business correspondence with leads from Europe and/or North America;Result Oriented and determined;IT market knowledge (required), FinTech industry knowledge (nice to have);Experience with Outreach automation tools (nice to have).We offer:Long-term and stable cooperation in a fast-scaling company;Flexible working hours and comfortable office located in the Lviv city center;Friendly and supportive team;Ability to work remotely;Regular salary review based on employee performance;50% compensation for certifications, conferences, training, and other working events;50% compensation for English courses;18 working days of annual paid leave (+additional days of leave for company loyalty) and 25 paid sick leaves;Medical insurance or sports compensation;Regular great corporate events;Access to a corporate library.
