Responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and accompanying them in the sales process.
- Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities for our outsourcing and staffing services.
- Focus on sales development and reselling to existing customers, active research of new business opportunities.
- Representing FreySoft at professional conferences and events for networking and lead generation.
- Development and presentation of individual proposals and presentations to address specific customer needs.
Requirements:
- From 1 year of commercial experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT.
- High proficiency in email and LinkedIn to contact and interact with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work with the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Results-oriented with a desire to exceed set goals.
- Ability to adapt to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have :
- Lead generation skills.
- Experience in sales of ecommerce services.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international clients.
