If so, you might be the ideal candidate we're searching for! 

We're currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying and sourcing potential leads to support our company's expansion efforts.  

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in IT sales (outsourcing) as a lead generation specialist 

  • Proficient in conducting thorough research using platforms like LinkedIn, UpWork, etc. 

  • Ability to effectively handle sales objections, actively listen, and ask relevant questions to understand client needs 

  • Exceptional client service skills 

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a positive and professional demeanor 

  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (both spoken and written) 

  • Experienced with CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive or similar) 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and source leads through various search tools and channels 

  • Support the sales team by researching ICP’s the best contacts via LinkedIn and other outlets service lines and importing/ updating contact information;  

  • Engage in the process of lead nurturing to help the team convert inquiries into qualified leads which become future SDR and sales opportunities; 

  • Develop outbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs; 

  • Monitor outbound campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
