We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist . You’ll have the chance to work in a unique ecosystem of multiple companies, allowing for valuable experience exchange. You can genuinely influence decision-making, propose your ideas, and be heard. You’ll also get to work on diverse projects of varying complexity across different companies in the ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls;
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach;
  • Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation;
  • Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness;
  • Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing the best scenarios;
  • Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows;
  • The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences;
  • Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.

WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:

  • Experience with various lead generation automation services;
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing);
  • Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
